Thank you for visiting the Consilius website, incorporating The Lake District Teambuilding Company both of which are run by David Taylor, a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. A website can only ever give a flavour of what we do and we'd far prefer of course, with no obligation, to discuss your needs face to face.

Mission

Consilius aims to provide services that exceed the expectations of the client to such an extent that they recommend us unreservedly to others... (and they do !). We have an ethical charging policy based on an organisations' ability to pay, thereby allowing David to do voluntary work one day a week on average for a range of charities.

Consilius offers a wide range of services from External Facilitation to Professional Development including Executive Coaching, Psychometrics, Leadership and Team Development  as well as a range of bespoke courses for managers including Coaching Skills, Interpersonal Effectiveness and HSE / CIPD Management of Stress at Work.

Consilius is the Latin for a consultation, suggestion or advice, based on wisdom and judgement and it is upon these robust foundations that we seek to understand your organisation, help to diagnose your needs, co-design a suitable event, deliver to meet your desired outcomes and follow up on any agreed actions over the longer term.
